Gentle Yoga
Join our recurring all-level yoga class to move, stretch, and awaken your mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility. This class takes place on the first and third Wednesday of each month – registration is for one session, not all.
Please note that due to high summer temperatures during June, July, and August, this class will be taking place indoors in our beautiful Exhibit Hall in the BRIT Building. This room features abundant natural light and an up-close view of our native prairie. After the class, explore the Gardens at your leisure; registration includes Garden admission for the day.
Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.
