Gentle Yoga: July
Registration for this program is now closed. We hope to see you next month!
Join our recurring all-level yoga class to move, stretch, and awaken your mind and body. You’ll learn unique connections within the body to increase muscle elasticity, loosen joints, and gain flexibility. After class, explore the Gardens at your leisure; registration includes Garden admission for the day.
Registration includes a series of 4 sessions – July 5, 12, 19, and 26. This class takes place on Wednesdays. We will meet at the BRIT building, and when weather permits, sessions will take place outside on the BRIT grounds. During inclement weather, sessions will move indoors.
Wednesdays, July 5, 12, 19, and 26 (9:00 – 10:00 am)
Registration Deadline: Sunday, July 2
$45 /Non-Member or $40 /Member
Materials: A yoga mat and any props you wish to use
Instructor: Edwina Taylor’s yoga journey began at retirement in 2014, when she found she needed more than daily walking to increase flexibility and balance. Since then, she has completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training and taught Sundance Square’s Sunset Yoga Series and MINDSET, among other venues. Her focus is yin and restorative poses.
