Garden Harvesting
Come join us for a class centered around how to harvest, cook, eat, and preserve your garden harvest. During the first hour, you will learn the timing and techniques for harvesting fruits and vegetables. In the second half, you will learn all about cooking and preserving your harvest.
Saturday, June 24 (9:00 am – 11:00 am)
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 21
$35 /Non-Member or $30 /Member
Instructor: David Cole is currently the Learning Lab Manager and an adjunct faculty member for the Horticulture program at Tarrant County College (TCC), where he has been for six years. David has worked in Texas agriculture for over 20 years in a diversity of fields. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Soil and Crop Science.
