Drawing in the Garden: BRIT Pond
Eager to engage your inner-artist and learn, or polish, drawing skills? This monthly drawing class offers personal instruction in mastering line, form, shading, composition, balance, and more as you practice in the beauty and tranquility of our gardens. After class, explore the Gardens at your leisure; registration includes Garden admission for the day.
In October, we will draw the flora and fauna to the south and east of the BRIT building. This area – featuring native plants, vegetated walls, bioswales, and a retention pond – provides a fantastic opportunity to capture on paper local conservation efforts in action.
You asked, and we listened! Drawing in the Garden is keeping “summer hours” all year long. Class times will continue to begin at 9:00 and end at 11:00 am.
Saturday, October 7 (9:00 – 11:00 am)
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, October 4
