AgriLife Wellness in the Garden: Mindfulness May

Mindfulness and meditation can take many different forms- including caring for a garden! Feeling calm and collected amidst chaos through connecting with the earth and gardening can help you cultivate a healthy mind. Learn some mindfulness and gardening skills and take home your own succulent!
