Quit Smoking in the Japanese Garden * ENROLL NOW *
One of the best places to quit smoking is the Japanese Garden. The best time to quit, when you think about it, is now. This smoker-friendly class is designed for those who don't want to quit but know they should. Using unique methods that are part of learning the ancient art of T'ai Chi, the smoker will learn to finally overcome his or her dependence on tobacco. Motivational strategies, relaxation exercises, and group discussion will be part of the process of pre-quitting, quitting, and post-quitting. Techniques such as Punching Up the Yuck Factor, Lite Discipline, and Investing in Loss are intended to move the student into the nonsmoking section of life permanently. |
