Docent-guided tours of select gardens or classroom /exploration packages may be scheduled by calling the education office at (817) 871-7682.

BOOKING A TOUR OF THE JAPANESE GARDEN
Docent-guided tours of the Japanese Garden may be scheduled by calling our education office at 817-871-7682 at least three weeks in advance. A confirmation letter will be mailed along with tour rules. Please allow 1-1½ hours for docent-guided tours in the Japanese Garden.
Tours may be scheduled for 1st grade students and older.
All groups must have a minimum of 10.
Scheduled tours are:

- One adult chaperone is required for every ten students. Chaperones are in addition to garden staff and cannot include adults with the responsibility of additional children.
- We require a credit card number to hold your reservation. On the day of your visit you may choose to pay with cash or by check.
- Credit card will be charged $25.00 in the event of a no-show. If you need to change or cancel a program please call the education office at 817-871-7682 48 hours in advance or credit card will be charged $25.00.
- In the event of bad weather tour can be re-scheduled.
